- Wash rice properly and soak them in water(2 cups) for 10 mins.
- Heat oil/ ghee in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onions and cook till they turn translucent.
- Add peas, carrot, mushrooms, salt, haldi, rice and water (in which rice was soaked).
- Take 1 boil on high flame and cook for ~10 mins on low flame.
- Ready to serve with curd .
