Fresh Watermelon Juice

Watermelon contains Vitamin C, A, potassium and magnesium. Also, it is very low in calories, has approx 92% water. It contains a phytonutrient called 'Lycopene' that is very good for our heart and bone health. The juicy red part at the center of the watermelon is the most nutrient-rich area than the light- colored part near the peel.

Method:
Blend the watermelon pieces and serve.
