Besan Sooji Halwa



Ingredients:
  • Semolina: 1/2  cup
  • Besan: 1/2 cup
  • Desi Ghee: 3/4cup -1 cup
  • Sugar: 3/4 cup- 1 cup
  • Green cardamom pwd: 1/2 tsp
  • Dryfruit:  For garnish
    • Almonds (chopped)
    • Cashews (chopped)
    • Raisins 
Method:
  1. Heat ghee in pan.
  2. Add semolina and besan. Cook it on low flame till it turns light brown.
  3. Add sugar and green cardamom pwd. Mix well.
  4. Add water (~ 4 cups) and cook for another 3-4 mins.
  5. Garnish with dry fruit and serve hot.
