Ingredients:
- Semolina: 1/2 cup
- Besan: 1/2 cup
- Desi Ghee: 3/4cup -1 cup
- Sugar: 3/4 cup- 1 cup
- Green cardamom pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Dryfruit: For garnish
- Almonds (chopped)
- Cashews (chopped)
- Raisins
- Heat ghee in pan.
- Add semolina and besan. Cook it on low flame till it turns light brown.
- Add sugar and green cardamom pwd. Mix well.
- Add water (~ 4 cups) and cook for another 3-4 mins.
- Garnish with dry fruit and serve hot.
