- Yellow Moong Daal (Split Beans): 1/2 cup
- Paneer(Indian Cottage Cheese): 1/2 cup (Grated)
- Onion : 1 (Chopped)
- Oil: 10-12 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Red Chilli pwd: to taste
Method:
- Soak moong daal in water for 3-4 hours. Grind it to form a smooth paste (batter). While grinding, add a little water if necessary. Add salt, Onion, red chilli pwd.
- Take a non-stick pan and slightly oil it.
- Put a ladle full of batter on it and spread it in the form of chapati.
- Oil this cheela slightly from top as well.
- Flip it when done. Cook the other side.
- Put grated cheese(paneer) in the center and fold it.
- Serve it hot with Tomato Ketchup or Mint Chutney.
