Moong Daal Cheela/ Moong Daal Dosa

  • Yellow Moong Daal (Split Beans): 1/2 cup 
  • Paneer(Indian Cottage Cheese): 1/2 cup (Grated)
  • Onion : 1 (Chopped)
  • Oil: 10-12 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Red Chilli pwd: to taste
  1. Soak moong daal in water for 3-4 hours. Grind it to form a smooth paste (batter). While grinding, add a little water if necessary. Add salt, Onion, red chilli pwd.
  2. Take a non-stick pan and slightly oil it.
  3. Put a ladle full of batter on it and spread it in the form of chapati.
  4. Oil this cheela slightly from top as well.
  5. Flip it when done. Cook the other side.
  6. Put grated cheese(paneer) in the center and fold it. 
  7. Serve it hot with Tomato Ketchup or Mint Chutney.
