Ingredients:
- Indian cheese (Paneer): 100 gms (chopped)
- Peas: 1/2 cup
- Tomato :2 (chopped or pureed)
- Ginger: a small piece (grated)
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1-2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add ginger, tomatoes. Cook till done (without covering cooker's lid).
- Add peas, paneer, salt, red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd and water (~1-2 cups).
- Take 1 whistle and cook on low flame for 5 mins.
- Serve hot with chapati, parantha , nan or rice.
