Bulgur Wheat/ Daliya is very light and healthy option for breakfast. It is very good for upset stomach. Also, an excellent source of fiber that helps to maintain healthy digestive system
Ingredients:
- Bulgur Wheat/ Daliya : 1/2 cup
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Ghee/Oil : 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil/ ghee in pan.
- Add Daliya and roast on low flame till it becomes golden brown.
- Add water (~1-2 cups). Cook it on low flame for 40-45 mins.
- Add milk, sugar and take a boil on high flame.
- Cook for another 15 mins on low flame. Turn off the flame.
- Ready to serve.
