Blueberry Smoothie


Health Benefits:

Blueberries contain antioxidant that are good for nervous system and brain, they improve memory. They contain Vitamin K, C and manganese. Also they are good for eyes.

Ingredients:
  • Blueberry: 1 cup
  • Banana: 1
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 1 tsp

Method:
  • Blend the above ingredients and serve.
