Ingredients:
- Green Beans: 100-200 gms (chopped)
- Sweet corn: 1/2 cup
- Salt: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 1-2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add green beans, sweet corn, salt, turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd.
- Cook on low flame till done.
- Ready to serve with chapati, nan, parantha or bread.
