Green Beans and Sweet corn




Ingredients:

  • Green Beans: 100-200 gms (chopped)
  • Sweet corn: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: to taste
  • Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
  • Oil: 1-2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
  • Red chilli pwd: to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add green beans, sweet corn, salt, turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd.
  3. Cook on low flame till done. 
  4. Ready to serve with chapati, nan, parantha or bread.
