Ingredients:
- Seviyan (Vermicilli): 1 cup
- Onion: 1 (chopped)
- Tomato: 1(chopped)
- Carrot: 1(grated or chopped)
- Potato: 1(chopped)
- Peas: 1/2 cup
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Oil: 1-2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onion. Cook till translucent on medium flame.
- Add potato, tomato, carrot and peas. Cook till done.
- Add salt and read chilli pwd.
- Add ~ 3-4 cups of water. Take a boil on high flame.
- Add seviyan and lower the flame. Cook for 4-5 mins.
- Serve hot.
