Carrot Cauliflower and peas vegetable



Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower: 1 (cut in florets)
  • Carrot: 1-2 (chopped)
  • Peas: 1/2 cup 
  • Salt: to taste
  • Red chilli pwd: to taste
  • Oil: 2-3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
Method:
  1. Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add cauliflower, carrot, peas, salt, turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd.
  3. Cook on low flame till done.
  4. Ready to serve with chapati, nan, parantha or bread.
