Ingredients:
- Cauliflower: 1 (cut in florets)
- Carrot: 1-2 (chopped)
- Peas: 1/2 cup
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Oil: 2-3 tbsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add cauliflower, carrot, peas, salt, turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd.
- Cook on low flame till done.
- Ready to serve with chapati, nan, parantha or bread.
