Ingredients:
- Mushrooms: 8-10 pieces
- Peas: 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes: 2(chopped/ Pureed)
- Ginger garlic paste: 1-2 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Wash mushrooms properly. Cut them into halves.
- Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add ginger garlic paste. Add tomatoes, salt, red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd.
- Add mushrooms, peas and water (~1/2 cup).
- Take 1 whistle on high flame and cook for low flame for 5 mins. Turn off the gas.
- Ready to serve with chapati, parantha or rice.
