Benefits of cabbage:
Cabbage is an excellent source of Vitamin A, B, C and E. It helps to treat stomach ulcers, constipation, skin disorders, jaundice and also helps to reduce weight.
Peas are good source of proteins, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and Vitamins like C, K, A.
Ingredients:
- Cabbage: 1 (chopped)
- Peas: 1/2-1 cup
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Oil: 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let the splutter.
- Add turmeric pwd, Salt, red chilli pwd, cabbage and peas.
- Cook on low flame till done.
- Ready to serve with chapati, nan or parantha.
