Aloo Methi (Potato and Fenugreek Leaves Vegetable)



Ingredients:

  • Potato: 3-4 (Peeled and chopped)
  • Dry Fenugreek Leaves (Sookhi Methi) (Washed)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Red chilli pwd: to taste
  • Turmeric pwd: to taste
  • Oil: 3-4 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds: 1-2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add potatoes, salt, red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd. Cook on low flame till done. 
  3. Turn off the gas.
  4. Sprinkle fenugreek leaves and mix properly. 
  5. Serve with chapati, parantha and curd.
