Ingredients:
- Potatoes: 3-4 (boiled, peeled and mashed)
- Sugar: 14-15 tbsp
- Ghee: 6-7 tbsp
Method:
- Heat ghee in pan. Add Potatoes and cook them on low flame for 15-20 mins. (If needed, add more ghee)
- Add sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the gas.
- Serve hot.
