Aloo Ka Halwa (Potato Pudding)



Ingredients:
  • Potatoes: 3-4 (boiled, peeled and mashed)
  • Sugar: 14-15 tbsp
  • Ghee:  6-7 tbsp
Method:
  1. Heat ghee in pan. Add Potatoes and cook them on low flame for 15-20 mins. (If needed, add more ghee)
  2. Add sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the gas.
  3. Serve hot.
