Orange and Pear Juice

Health Benefits:
Oranges: are full of Vitamin C that strengthens our immune system. They are a very good source of fiber and prevents kidney stones.
Pears: are good source of fiber, Vitamin C, K. They protect our body from free radicals and promotes cardiovascular and colon health.


  • Oranges: 4-5
  • Pear: 2
  • Salt: to taste
  • Sugar: 1 tsp
  • Black pepper pwd: a pinch


  • Peel and Blend all the above ingredients and serve.
