Stir Fry Mushrooms

  • Mushroom: 8-10 pieces (washed and cut into halves)
  • Onion: 3-4 (chopped into long strips)  
  • Ginger: 1 medium chunk (chopped)
  • Garlic: 5-6 cloves (chopped)
  • Oil: 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Soya sauce: 2-3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 1tsp (optional)
  • Cumin seeds: 1tsp 
  1. Dip mushrooms in water.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter. 
  3. Add onion, ginger, garlic and salt. Cook on medium flame till onions turn translucent.
  4. Add mushrooms.Cook for 5-10 mins until mushroom are done.
  5. Add soya sauce and mix well. Add lemon juice.
  6. Ready to serve with chapati, nan, rice or parantha.
