Ingredients:
- Mushroom: 8-10 pieces (washed and cut into halves)
- Onion: 3-4 (chopped into long strips)
- Ginger: 1 medium chunk (chopped)
- Garlic: 5-6 cloves (chopped)
- Oil: 4-5 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Soya sauce: 2-3 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 1tsp (optional)
- Cumin seeds: 1tsp
Method:
- Dip mushrooms in water.
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onion, ginger, garlic and salt. Cook on medium flame till onions turn translucent.
- Add mushrooms.Cook for 5-10 mins until mushroom are done.
- Add soya sauce and mix well. Add lemon juice.
- Ready to serve with chapati, nan, rice or parantha.
