Tangy Chutney


Ingredients:
  • Garlic: 1/2 tbsp (Chopped)
  • Onion: 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Tomato: 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper pwd: 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup: 1tbsp
  • Coriander: 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Oil: 1 tbsp

Method:
  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Put garlic, onion, tomato. Cook till tomatoes are done.
  3. Add salt, black pepper pwd and tomato ketchup.
  4. Finally add coriander.
  5. Ready to serve.
