Ingredients:
- Sev: 1 cup
- Puffed rice: 1 cup
- Roasted Peanuts: 1 tbsp
- Onion:1 (chopped finely)
- Tomato: 1(chopped finely)
- Fresh Coriander leaves: a handful (chopped finely)
- Tamarind chutney: to taste (~1 -2 tbsp)
- Green chilli: 1-2 (chopped finely)
- Boiled Potato: 2 (chopped finely)
- Lemon juice: 1-2 tbsp (optional)
- Salt: to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and serve immediately.
PS:
- After mixing the ingredients, don't keep it for long as Bhelpuri will become soggy and it won't taste good and crunchy. So prepare the Bhelpuri when you are ready to eat :)
