This is my mom's recipe that I like a lot. It's really yummmmy....
Ingredients:
- Pear (Naakh): 5-6 (Peeled and cubed)
- Carom seeds/ Ajwain: 1 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Sugar: 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli pwd: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add carom seeds, turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd, salt and pear (cubed).
- Add a little (1/4 cup) water. Take 1 whistle and switch off the gas.
- Add sugar. Mix well.
- Serve hot with chapati, parantha or rice.
