Red Cabbage and SweetCorn Vegetable

Benefits of Red Cabbage:

Red Cabbage is a very good source of fiber, Vitamins like A,C , K, B6. It is low in cholesterol and saturated fats. It is very rich in iron. It has anti- inflammatory properties. It belongs to cruciferous family of plants and has anti- cancer properties.


  • Red Cabbage: 1 (chopped)
  • Sweet Corn: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: to taste
  • Red Chilli pwd: to taste
  • Oil: 2-3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric pwd: 1 tsp
  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  3. Add cabbage, sweetcorn, salt, turmeric pwd and red chilli pwd.
  4. Cook on low flame till done.
  5. Serve with chapati, parantha or rice
