Melon Smoothie

A wonderful smoothie that helps to quench thirst especially in hot weather.

Health Benefits:

Melons are low in calorie and have no fat. They contain Vitamin C,A and potassium.



Ingredients:

  • Musk Melon/ Yellow Honeydew Melon: 1 cup (chopped)
  • Apple : 1 (peeled and chopped)
Method:
  • Blend apple and melon together and Serve.
